You may refer to Important Notice, we will make an announcement closely with the current situation from time to time.

1. We DO NOT provide any Exchange Services.
2. Returns are ACCEPTED if items post out by courier and traceable services within 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVED included Local and International orders.
3. DO NOT strictly walk-in store for any return reason, please do contact with our online website (Spacesoul@gmail.com) for your issue, we kindly provide you with assistance to overcome your problems.
4. ONLY items that are UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED and LABEL TAG still attached as original (NO CUT OFF) in saleable condition are returnable.
5. Items that are DAMAGED, MARKED or ALTERED will not be accepted as returnable items. Customers have to pay for the shipping fees.
6. Clearance items are not refundable.
7. Any discounted or clearance items are NOT ALLOWED to apply on VOUCHERS.
8. Return can be made only ONCE per order.
9. We could refuse to refund if your return does not fulfill the return policy as above and the postage cost of the returned item will be charged to the customer.
10. We DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for your return parcel where lost in the hand of the courier company, however, we could still assist to communicate with the courier.
