2. Returns are ACCEPTED if items post out by courier and traceable services within 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVED included Local and International orders.

4. ONLY items that are UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED and LABEL TAG still attached as original (NO CUT OFF) in saleable condition are returnable.

5. Items that are DAMAGED, MARKED or ALTERED will not be accepted as returnable items. Customers have to pay for the shipping fees.

6. Clearance items are not refundable.

7. Any discounted or clearance items are NOT ALLOWED to apply on VOUCHERS.

8. Return can be made only ONCE per order.

9. We could refuse to refund if your return does not fulfill the return policy as above and the postage cost of the returned item will be charged to the customer.

10. We DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY for your return parcel where lost in the hand of the courier company, however, we could still assist to communicate with the courier.

STEP 2: Send your order numbers and attach the return item details.

 

STEP 3: All return requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of return items.

 

STEP 4: Once the condition of the return items has been accepted, the customer will be notified for a refund by email.

 

STEP 5: The refund process will be taken 10-14 working days from the day we received the parcel.

SHIPPING INFORMATION CAN BE UPDATED OR CHANGED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED. 

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the tracking system.

 

Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please allow five to ten (5-10) business days for orders to be shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order.
